We use this hotel every 2 years because of the convenience and closeness to the convertion center. Last month's was the best experience, the new management modernized the flooring, the beds, the blankets, everything looks amazing, the employees are so friendly now. GREAT JOB!!

I like the location being near other stores or restaurants and walkable to the convention center. I disliked nothing, the place was fine if the intention is just for sleeping at night.

Rooms look like they were recently renovated. Beds were very loud, everytime my daughter moved it sounded like someone coming through the door. The air-conditioning unit seemed to quit half way through the night, and was loud. Hot water takes anout 10 minutes of running the water before it actually gets hot.

The first room they gave us (at 3am) smelled like mildew. When I turned the lights on the ceilings were moist and had black mold on them. The room was very outdated. The walls haven’t been cleaned in forever. The second room had a really botched attempt at a remodel with dirty walls and light switches. The toilet barely works.

The fire alarm turned on in the middle of the night at 2 am, the 2 nights that we stayed there, we definitely didn't feel safe at all, the doors lock it was loose, over all if you want to safe some money dont waste it here.

The property itself is nice for the price, front desk staff was friendly and the snack bar by the front desk and IHOP attached to the hotel was convenient. But my A/C was turned down as cold as it could get when I entered the room and I left it that way but the ac never blew cold and the room was just kind on stagnant air all night.

Unfortunately, this is probably one of the most undesirable properties I have ever stayed in. There was mold on the walls, the ceiling and the curtains. There was rust on anything that was metal in the room, including the light fixtures and door frames. The bathroom door would not close because it was larger than the opening. The room smelled musty and dirty. If I was allowed to submit photos, I took several to show how dirty this property was. Two other people who also stayed at the same property had similar problems in their rooms.

The IHOP restaurant adjoining the motel was understaffed and very poor service, server was taking orders and doing the cooking as well as busboying and seating. A 1 person operation when I was in a hurry at 6:20 am.

Property was clean for the most part. We had two rooms and the flooring was damaged and lifting in both rooms, in the same spot. Laminate flooring was probably not the best choice for a hotel. There was a good amount of towels and cloths. Beds were comfortable. Some noise could be heard from the roads outside.
