The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The room had a sitting area with a sofa bed, tv, microwave and small refrigerator. The rooms were modern and the hotel is close to Universal Studios and Icon park. Disney Springs is about 30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I love it ! It’s so close to Universal Orlando resorts. So nice and quiet, super clean. The only issue I had was they don’t have laundry service even tho It says in the description. But they send me to next door hotel to do it. Overall I’ll stay here again for sure.

Extremely Noisy AC. The room was hot and got hot super fast meaning the AC had to keep blasting. “Dog friendly” with zero areas forił animals to go. Window looks over alley street. Front service not knowledgeable, helpful or with attitude. Charged 2 different resort fees for what “resort” like amenities it is unknown- waiting to see if it processes. Would not recommend.
