"First rate hotel with efficient and caring employees. The only totally weird thing is there were no curtains!! There was a thin shade which didn’t even keep the street lights out. Honestly, if we weren’t up at 4am to fly out that would be a game changer as I need it dark to sleep. Why they don’t have a blackout shade is crazy. Love the shampoos etc but if you go to the bathroom at night the lights automatically switch on full tilt in the bathroom!!! Weird…"

"Very conveniently located for events at Kia Center but a little rough to walk home in with the downtown crowd although very safe with police presence. In the room could hear a lot of the traffic. Breakfast was great, clean and plentiful but at 9:55 they are closing up and pushing you out. Also states checkout was noon but at 11:30 they came to our room and said check out was 11 so we had to rush to get out. I would def stay again but 1. Uber back from event, 2. Get to breakfast earlier 3....
