"We had double queen room on 9th floor . Room was so big, my family (4) had a lot of space. Bed was so comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast was good. We love the egg/ omelette stations. I definitely stay here again if I visited the city."

"Place looks to have been recently done up and rooms are spotless. Room was a bit too warm with a warm duvet and couldn't get room below 19 degrees. Check-in was very slow as they wanted ID and then for cuatomers to sign up to something to check in to the room half an hour early. This was frustrating and a waste of time other than for data harvesting "

"2 days before check in all the pictures and details about the place changed. I believe we were moved to another flat without asking us. I called Vrbo and they said they would help if we couldn’t get access to the rental but the host had the right to change pictures. The host told me that they made some floor changes. That is impossible since everything looks pretty much older and needs replacing. The space is entirely too small for 6 people and definitely doesn’t fit 8. It smells badly of sewer....

"This flat, in Central London, was beautiful and in a very good location. The only drawbacks to this apartment were that the maintenance was lacking (items such as non-working heated towel racks in some bathrooms, heated flooring (also in some bathrooms), non-working main bedroom closet lighting, burnt out light bulbs, missing wastebasket in one bathroom, air conditioning not working properly in main bedroom, etc.), all of which distracted from the beauty of this flat. Also, there were no bath...
