"We had a wonderful time. Hotel is very well decorated and spotlessly clean everywhere. Bed was really comfy and shower powerful which are my two main asks of a hotel! Room amenities were great. "This flat, in Central London, was beautiful and in a very good location. The only drawbacks to this apartment were that the maintenance was lacking (items such as non-working heated towel racks in some bathrooms, heated flooring (also in some bathrooms), non-working main bedroom closet lighting, burnt out light bulbs, missing wastebasket in one bathroom, air conditioning not working properly in main bedroom, etc.), all of which distracted from the beauty of this flat.
