"the only issue during our stay was the doorman/porter. they don't allow us to use their hand track to bring our luggage up to room. Meanwhile, they are too short handed to assist the luggage. Ended, we were standing at the front door and waiting for the porter to move the hand track for more than 30 minutes. "

"About 50 minutes from ORD (including a half mile walk from Clark/Lake station). Centrally located for seeing downtown Chicago. Room is modern, simple and an efficient use of space. The technology integration is an interesting feature allowing guests to experience a bit of smart stay (blinds, curtains, lights, and TV all controlled from a UI on an iPad mini in the room. Check In/Out was mostly self-service with a front desk staff there to assist if there were any issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Citizen M."

"Beautiful entryway and lobby. The staff were very inviting and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Sheets were soft and we slept very well. "

"The hotel is next to the main river that runs through Chicago. Great location. Loads of shops and eating places nearby. If you come in from the airport on the blue line, 10 minute walk to the hotel. Taxi can take 30 mins to one hour depending on the time of day and traffic. My room was 1101. Very quiet and looked out on the water front. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. "
