Great free breakfast, including a custom-order omelette bar. Location is great, just off Michigan Avenue, with Red Line subway station 1 block away. Great stay! "

"This is the hotel I always stay at when I go to Chicago! I ball on a budget lol so I always book a single bed room to share with my sister because it's relatively cheaper. Each time I've booked, they've always upgraded our room to two beds for free. Front desk is always friendly and accommodating, rooms are always clean. Hotel is near Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, etc. Tons of food options nearby. Can't recommend this place enough!"

"Hotel gave ritzy on a budget. Nice room and decor. I wish there was a full body mirror and also a microwave and fridge. Hotel was in walking distance of a lot of places. Nice outer surroundings. Staff greeted me every time i came back in. Hotel bar gave an old classy feel. Bartender accommodated me by making a drink that wasn’t on menu. Everything was perfect. "

"Excellent location for appointment at Northwestern Memorial at the Lavin Pavilion. The room was clean and nice. The only complaint was the street noise while we were awake. "

"Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Loved how close this was to everything downtown area. Rooms are small and there is no microwave or fridge for you to store anything. My favorite was the free water bottles in the hallway."
