"Buildings are not new, but they are like appartmemts with full kitchen and a huge patio. The 2 single beds were a bit surprising but being tall, they were at least long enough. Price is very reasonable for what you get. Calabogie is a very beautiful area."

"This place is such a gem. We were there for a hockey tournament and they were so welcoming, I almost thought they were joking - but they're actually just THAT welcoming. We had a recently renovated room that was *stunning,* but spent most of our time in the super cozy and warm resto/bar area with the other parents. We ate several meals there; kids enjoyed the pool and they gave them a vacant meeting room so they could have a teenage lounge space (and we didn't have to worry about them disturbing...

"There is actually no East Side Mario's on location anymore. They are starting a new bar, good for drinks. "Downtown" is only a 10 minute walk and there is a Tim Horton's about 10 minute walk the opposite way. Served our purposes (hockey tournament)"

"We brought our own kayaks and were able to kayak right there on site. Fishing too. Went to town, 5 mins away for meals. May come back and golf next time. Barry’s Bay is a quaint town to visit. Lots to do."
