"David and Stefan made us feel at home immediately. In our three night stay here, there is absolutely nothing to criticize. All meals were fabulous. There is always something of interest to do here, whether it be hiking, paddling on the pond, relaxing or reading. It's a great place to achieve digital detox and get away from everything for a while. We love this place!! "

"We brought our own kayaks and were able to kayak right there on site. Fishing too. Went to town, 5 mins away for meals. May come back and golf next time. Barry’s Bay is a quaint town to visit. Lots to do."

"Front desk was not receptive to any changes or request. Coffee and breakfast was put out way early and area was cold on inviting. I rather stay back at quality suites in Petawawa as staff was excellent. Staff at this place don’t seem to like their jobs and don’t want to be bother was my impression . "

"The service was great and it was a very quiet area so we were able to get the rest needed. It is a charming historical building, so although it is very dated, we were totally fine with it. The location is somewhat remote…..it’s a sleepy town, just what we wanted."
