From the smallest details, such as a fully loaded spice rack, to a wide variety of outdoor seating areas, we could have spent a month and rarely used the same area twice. Right from the arrival, the Lake House was exactly what we had all imagined as the ideal “Lakefront Cottage”. Elegant and well maintained, sitting on a lovely waterfront parcel of wooded land. The setting was idyllic in everyway. Inside, the bedrooms were large, well appointed, meticulously clean and elegantly decorated with the perfect blend of “Lake House” vibe, without the tacky or kitsch – no singing bass over the fireplace or book shelves made to look like a canoe. Communication with the owners, instructions on equipment use and space were smooth and always hospitable. We don’t want to give too much away, but suffice it to say this home is exceptional in so many ways and we are already planning our return."
