"We stayed just one night, the day before leaving on a cruise out of Miami. We Uber'd there, and then Uber'd to a local restaurant. Every time, the driver commented on how tricky it was to find, and exit from. The walls carry a lot of sound so we didn't sleep much due to the noise in the rooms next to us and out in the halls. Overall cleanliness was fine. "

"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "
