"My sister and I flew down to pick up our brother’s cremains and is was super easy to book and made it very stress free. We encountered two amazing employees, Jill who showed how much she truly loved the Rosen family and their business, Mr. Rosen’s amazing leadership before his passing. Jill works in the buffet area and has been with Rosen Hotel for 37 years and has endless knowledge about the history behind it. She should be given a promotion or a new position should be created for her as community ambassador for the Rosen properties. She was kind, warm and caring even for the few minutes we talked with her. Also, at the check in desk, Adair assisted us and he was an absolute pleasure to talk with for the short time I was at the counter. Great sense of humor as well, both of them made our short more serious stay amazing and we will definitely recommend Rosen Hotels and hope they stack around for another 50 years of great service and hospitality. Thanks again."

"Our king size with ocean view balcony was perfect - quiet, comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff was incredibly kind and were always welcoming and helpful. The resort has everything with great restaurants, beautiful pool, and easy access to the beach. If you want more, there are plenty of restaurants on Collins that didn’t need reservations and several shops nearby. "

"Fabulous historic hotel with some truly wonderful and giving staff. From the “bellhops”, bar and restaurant staff to the concierge nothing was too much trouble for them. Balcony room looking over the pool quite small for two with luggage, but it is an old building. Only letdown were a couple of miserable receptionists on our last day. Rude, unhelpful and obviously did not want to be there. Everything seemed like a bother to these particular two, spent a lot of time on the phone and ignored everyone else when doing so, not even an acknowledgment you were there or a smile. Such a shame a simple thing like this can spoil a fabulous hotel in, what is for us, a once in a lifetime trip. "
