I recently stayed here during a business trip, choosing the hotel for its convenient proximity to my office. I understand that the property is still undergoing renovations following Hurricane Milto, which is understandable.
However, my arrival experience was less than ideal. There was no security guard present, and my Uber driver had to circle around repeatedly before we realized the main entrance was located on the second floor. Clear signage would have been helpful. While searching for an elevator sign, I fortunately encountered an employee (whose name I regret not noting) who kindly escorted me to the functioning elevator. Her assistance was much appreciated.
At check-in, the service was disappointing. The staff member who helped me didn’t inquire whether it was my first time staying there or provide any basic information, such as dining options. The lack of courtesy left a negative impression.
