"The hotel was very comfortable and had a great shower! Breakfast was also great and the staff were very friendly. There was a nice cafe in the lobby area which was nice to come back to for a hot chocolate! The location was also good, walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. The only negative was you sometimes had to wait a long time for the lifts. "

"The hotel looked exactly like the pictures on line. Extremely clean and quite. Perfect location to highlights of NYC. We had a Times Square view from our room. Did not like that the first 2 nights there, the entire bar was rented out for parties. Recommend weekday stay though. We paid $2500+ for Thursday - Sunday (Christmas season though). The day we left the rate was less than $400/night. Overall, great place to stay. I will definitely stay there our next trip."
