"The most outstanding element to my stay was helpfulness of the staff, Naeve, Sam, young man who helped me with luggage. Naeve was exceptional in accommodating two late check-out requests, co- ordinating billing, arranging baggage storage and baggage transport and generally checking up on how my trip was going. Sam was just lovely, she works in the restaurant and went out of her way to help all the guests with a friendly smile. The hotel needs some upgrades but I left feeling refreshed and...

"Considering this was a few mins from Glasgow town centre this was really good value! The food was great and, again, not silly prices. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I also had a couple of cheeky Tunnocks Camarel wafers waiting for me when I attuned. What’s not to like!"
