The hotel itself was in a good location, a 10 min straight walk from Queen Street station, however check in was difficult, they couldn't find our reservation to start with, we stayed three nights and our room wasn't cleaned once, even though we asked for it to be from the cleaners when they were on our floor and the air con didn't really work so we were really warm. Other than that it could have been a really good stay.

Stayed in Moxy val d’europe before and this one was no different, excellent, clean, smells amazing. Comfy bed, good water pressure great location. Loses a star from my own stupidity of putting the ac on thinking it would cool but accidentally heated the room to 30 degrees!

We parked at the Duke Street car park, which was only a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The room was clean & tidy. It was a straightforward route into town.

We arrived earlier than anticipated. Got checked in no problems. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable regarding parking. House keeping were certainly on the ball. Good vibe, fun downstairs bar area, useful fitness centre. Could do with a few small things like a fridge in the room, a sauna or spa would be a nice addition. The bathrooms need to be properly cleaned as there is some mould between the tiles. But still, had a good time.
