"The hotel was beautiful, but it’s in a much more urban environment than the photos will lead you to believe. The grassy area of the grounds is smaller than a tennis court. They also had a charity ball the night we were there in an event space directly below our room, and the music kept us up well past midnight. Not particularly romantic as a result. "

"i like how bug the room is and the free bar. however, the hotel is old and there was a never ended buzzing sound in my bathroom. toilet didnt flush all the time. it really needs a refresh. also there is no view from the room. just saw other rooms. elevator was the slowest thing on earth. bed wasnt comfortable. staff was nice though and they keep your bags until you can check in. "

"We walked here after arriving via Glasgow Central. Since it was before check-in, we were able to store our luggage, which was very appreciated. The front desk staff are lovely! She provided a map of Glasgow and a solid recommendation to Singl-end nearby. After a museum excursion, we returned to a well considered room.
