There is NO kettle in the room or any Yotel room, please note that my cuppa tea is non negotiable. Yotel have trained their staff to say no Yotel room anywhere in the world has a kettle, they want people out of their rooms, to make people more sociable. It prob sells more breakfasts, saves on room mess which maybe makes cleaners more efficient. But not everyone wants to get dressed to drink a tea, do a walk of shame in their PJs or perhaps is jet lagged or can’t leave a sleeping child alone. Ok Yotel you have your business model, but kindly highlight this on the first line of your ads so those who expect a kettle can get one at another place or bring their own. I’d rather share what I like about this property - there are good things but you took that away by not providing me with a kettle.

Good stay, comfortable and clean rooms. Slept well and good temperature control in rooms. Convenient location. Rooms are not the largest and there are no kettles within the room which is disappointing. Other than that excellent stay and would stay here again.

Lighting in room in annoying, no room service, basic hotel
Every night I would hear a drilling noise. Without fail and kept wondering what it could be as construction around midnight wouldn’t have been possible. Never figured it out and forget trying to call Mission Control there wasn’t a number I saw anywhere on how to contact them. The room itself was a bit run down and while I was happy seeing the mini fridge I noticed it didn’t even work. Bed creaked bad when I moved as well. Overall it’s in a pretty convenient location but as far as the amenities it is very much lacking. Then again I’m from Vegas and it wouldn’t be fair to compare given the price and ultimately the main reason Yotel started. If it wasn’t for that drilling noise I would have been happier but being kept up at night when it was already hard due to the time difference wasn’t what I needed during my trip.
room was dusty, heating didn’t work, staff came to our door reminding us to leave as checkout was 11am even though we had paid £45 for late checkout for 2pm.
The hotel has nice rooms in good location but the noise in the corridor last night was awful. You could hear every person returning to their rooms them there were people knocking doors and shouting through until about 5am. Very disappointing experience.
I was only staying for one night and received a complimentary upgrade which was a great start. Room was clean, warm, quiet and spacious. Big tv, great powerful shower and comfortable bed.
My only small negative was there wasn’t a kettle which was unusual for a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again though.
Self service option was great. Room was what we expected, however always like the option of a hot drink in the room but this didnt spoil or impact the stay
