"We had booked a superior double room but were given room 718 which did not have a walk-in shower. It appeared to be a disabled room with a high toilet and a tiny wash basin. The bed was smaller and lower than standard too. We were quickly moved to another room which was fine for us. The location is very good during the day with many shops and the subway nearby but later it is rather rowdy with pubs and clubs. There were 2 security guards in the hotel lobby when we got back quite late on...
