"Excellent stay ,room was compact but functional ,great staff with speedy early check-in, unfortunately the lift was out of order however as we hadbeen alocated a first floor room this was not an issue,there are a number of good restaurants near abode, sarti (next door) Verona 5 minute walk both italian, the are around the hotel appeared to be quite litter strewn ,this is an issue in a number of big cities. "

"Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag. "

"The apartment was generally very clean and had everything I could have needed, the downside to that being there wasn't much room in the kitchen for foodstuffs, etc. The parking space is also tiny but my car could just about fit. The area it's in is very central to the west end although not a single delivery driver could find it, even with additional instruction, could help if the above apartment had the street number on since no one noticed the sign for this apartment. There was also ants around...
