This hotel was close to where i needed to be with lots of places in walking distance. The hotel was fairly quiet over the weekend apart from on the last evening i had some rowdy neighbours but that was way before I needed to sleep, so put up with that for a couple of hours. The breakfast was nice and i ate in the restaurant one evening which was also good. Friendly staff and rooms clean and suitable for a short break. I'll use again.

Clean rooms and great service from the staff who were very helpful. It is a bit of a walk from the city centre - especially in the rain - but you can catch a 2min train for 2 pounds from Charing Cross which is close by. Only rated it 4 for this and the road works.

They were doing a lot of construction outside the hotel so it there is no parking nearby and it was quite noisy. It's a decent area and the hotel itself is decent.

I really liked this hotel. The entire street in front of the hotel is under construction which is a pain because you can’t be dropped off right in front of the hotel. HOWEVER, don’t let that deter you from staying there as you will be missing out. FANTASTIC STAFF. They go over & above for you not just because it’s their job but because they are generally good people. Room clean. Bathroom funky but good. That pretty well sums some things up.

Not the hotel’s fault, but major road repair made access a bit difficult. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only issue was when housekeeping came they took one of our 2 towels and never replaced it.

Hotel was ok no car park or EV parking which is advertised on your app had to use the rail station car park which is 5 minutes away not a nice walk carrying my laptop bag and case using a phone to locate the hotel as many roads are shut due to construction work
