"We came to celebrate our son’s birthday and the location and views of Chicago were amaizing, Perfect location and walking distance to the heart of downtown. The only bad thing is that they don’t offer parking and daily parking was 67 dollars. Parking in Chicago is very expensive everywhere."

"With so many hotel options in Chicago it was a bit nerve-wracking to pick one. But I am SO GLAD we stayed at L7 Chicago by Lotte. The room and lobby were beautiful! Just gorgeous. So many amenities that made the experience so pleasant: filtered sink water in the room, an air purifier in the room (great source of white noise for sleeping), an electric tea pot in the room, yoga mat and foot massage balls in the room, two facial packs in the room, snacks and a variety of hot beverages free in the lobby. Plus great location!! Not one complaint (other than many an in-room microwave would have been nice). Loved this hotel!"
