This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. "Spent 3 nights. WiFi was extremely weak there wasn’t enough signal to work the TV. Tried to work via laptop from room and kept getting kicked off. There is no desk in the suite for those that are working remote. Went to do laundry it’s coin op only and no change machine. Housekeeping was AMAZING. They were always cleaning.
