"We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving...

"The check in was quick. Room is clean. When I asked for things that I needed like extra creamer and coffee, they were quick. I appreciated that because we were tired from walking around the area. "

Beach wasn’t the best or safest—people were fishing right where people were swimming and my daughter got tangled in fishing line. I reported it to staff but they said fishing was allowed and there was nothing they could do. That’s my only complaint, though. "
