"Clean room. Stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for coffee refills daily The phone in room did not work. No grab bar in shower or hair dryer. We did get clean towels. Overall ok stay. I think all hotels are cutting back. The breakfast bar was good. The hotel was clean."

"Trip was a getaway for couple days with wife. Got the cheaper room thinking it was nice but unfortunately it was compared to a motel feel. We automatically went to front desk to change rooms in the building closer to ocean. That room was better only bad thing is the bed. View was nice. All in all it’s close to pier and food. "Everything great except bartending at indor bar on Saturday. Untrained and unprepared person put in position to tend bar. Not this persons fault. Management should not put a person in a position to serve drinks with no training. And they had no person to call to bar to assist even when i asked for to get someone to help her. Worst margaritas ive ever had. My complaint to Management was quickly noted but no action to remedy my bill or offer coupon or anything was offered. Wasted money on drink...

"I didn't walk around but they had carts for my baggage, no ice machine but i had a full size refrigerator with ice trays. Overall i was good."

"I have nothing to complain about its not four seasons but its children and pet friendly. They keep up with the landscape and beach area. We had a balcony beach view, and it was a nice room. Service wasn't A rating but i have no complaints. I would definitely stay again! "
