I had an absolutely terrible experience at Days Inn in Fort Walton Beach. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff and management were extremely rude and disrespectful. The room was filthy, and the entire place felt neglected. To make matters worse, during my stay, there were eight police cars outside for hours searching for someone, which made me feel completely unsafe. When I needed to use the phone to report my stolen belongings, the owner who drives a black Porsche was incredibly rude and dismissive. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic hospitality was appalling. Avoid this place at all costs.

The ladies at the front desk were professional and accommodating to our needs. Hotel is in a fantastic place in the middle of FWB….it was roomy, clean and located within walking distance to restaurants. Can’t go wrong staying here.

it was gross. holes in the sheets, curtains, etc. we did not feel safe at all, there were people (other residents maybe?) outside our room the entire night. we left early. it also was a non smoking room and smelled like cigarettes

It was horrible do not recommend to anyone to stay here they need a health check up. The covers were burned with cigarette marks and our sheets had blood and the other bed had stains all over it. We asked for a non smoking room and guess what we got....... you got it it was a smoking room which smelled like garbage and gave me a headache i checked out within the hour

Horrible experience! I checked out 3 hours after arriving because there was dried up blood on the bed sheets and on the light switch!!! Room was absolutely disgusting! Literally everything was dirty and room looked like it was going to collapse at any moment! The whole floor was sagging! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
