"Overall 4.5 stars. The house/villa itself needs a bit of checking up on like under the back deck and head the beat in a carpet nail on the stairs. Also the master suite backs into the edge of the property and you can hear the traffic outside very clearly all day+night, it was not the best for sleeping once people really hit the road in the early morning. The rest was great. Large beds and TVs, full kitchen and grill, patio seating was nice. But really it was about the outside time. Hardly anyone...

"Welcoming, friendly, extremely clean, comfortable beds, cold breakfast of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, muffins, toast coffee, juice just enough and available 8-10a (coffee ready 7a). Snacks in kitchen 24/7. Close to everything yet on a quiet street off Duval. David and the staff were super. Felt warm and inviting. We had the 2 bedroom on the 3rd FL. Private entrance and porch. I will be returning."
