"This is not an inexpensive resort but is a decent value. The property is huge with pools, beach, bars, and several activities (fishing pier, bikes, snorkeling gear, volleyball, etc. it is centrally located on Islamorada to restaurants and marinas. "

"Amara Cay is beautiful. Everyone was polite and helpful. The beach and pool area were clean and relaxing. All rooms have a balcony except for room 209, which was our room and we paid for a balcony. No discount when that is what was advertised. Other than that it was wonderful."

"The staff is what makes this property such a wonderful experience! No matter the individual staff members function, they are all focused on excellent guest experience! Special shout out to Constanta for making sure all our needs were met whether we were lounging at the pool or on the patio dining area or dining inside! She greeted us daily and made sure we were always being taken care of!"

"we liked the room, however I wish a picture of the actual room we were to be staying in was provided, and its exact location. The pics provided were at the main resort, we were under the impression that is were we booked, not across the street away from the main resort. that part was disappointing."

Amazing Resort

"We had a wonderful time at Bakers Cay. The property is gorgeous. The restaurants were great, the beach was lovely. There were two options: a larger beach or small, wooded plots for privacy. We enjoyed both! The pool was great and we loved being served food and drinks right from our beach chairs or poolside. We would love to come back."

"We had a great trip. The staff were great, food was good although a limited menu and no inside dining for dinner. The pool was great but several busy days not enough pool chairs. The rooms are not the ones depicted on the website but sufficient and clean. Would definately stay again. "
