"A great option in Key West. The free shuttle is very convenient, a ride back is tough though. Lines and waits, we ended up taking an uber back. The pool area is very nice. My only complaint is we had 4 staying in the room and they never gave us 4 towels. We paid for the extra person, they should have known that and gave us the appropriate number of towels. "

"The newly eenovated Gates hotel had everything we needed. Even though its a smaller hotel by comparison, there are 2 pools, a rum bar, a Starbucks, and the 24 Hotel has a concierge. The room was comfortable and clean. Hospitality services kept in touch via text which made it easy to request additional towels when needed. I would definitely stay at the Gates Hotel again."
