"Beautiful property. Even though they were doing some work, everyone was respectful and quiet. The only hiccup was that parking at times was tight as someone tried to park in our spot and another parked so close to our door we almost hit the car walking just trying to get past to our door. Overall super peaceful and plenty of seating by the beach. "If you want a hotel right on the bay with a beach area this is for you. Manatees swam around our kayak, dolphins visited each morning, along with other wildlife, which we love. We did take our own kayak as they are quite expensive to rent and not in great condition. That way we could go out more often whenever we wanted. The hotel itself is kept clean, though not much has changed since we were here 9 years ago. The bathroom fans need updating, sadly the artwork is going moldy in there due to...
