"Views were amazing, breakfast was great , right on the beach, staff were great, had indoor pool and hot tub , had elevator , in kitchen it’s only microwave and fridge they are tucked under counter , they might have been a coffee maker ,the bed was not very comfortable for me, "

"I rarely write a review and if I do I rarely give more than 4 stars. If I could give A Mighty Oak six stars I would! Todd and Lisa have a wonderful place with views of Pilot Mountain. The breakfast is farm to table and is world class. We will return."

Great place

"Everything was top-notch….EXCEPT for entrance signs!! There were NONE, not even a number…had to drive around the block four times and then just took a wild guess! Charlotte not out-of-town driver-friendly!! Staff more than made up for the aggravation…to a one they went out of their way to help me. Kudos, all!!"

"Staff was great! Room was great, very clean. Breakfast was one of the best ive had in the US. Most anything 5 minutes away. Mountains 14 minutes away. Heated pool is just warm enough to help a little after being cold on the mountain, but not a hottub by anymeans ,and they never said it was."
