The one downfall of the room was the shower. It had only a half glass that was supposed to keep the water from spilling on to the floor. It didn't work. Had water all over the floor. What a mess. This is a terrible design. Also, in our room, the wifi was very weak.

Very friendly / helpful staff especially the head guy in the restaurant ( and if he’s not in charge he should be ! ) only thing I might have added was a toaster other than that great food !. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space ,great hot shower too

Staff were friendly. Location was inconvenient as it's not walkable from the airport and taxis are quite expensive for a 2min drive. Facilities are the most outdated I've ever seen.

Das Hotel hat auf keinen Fall vier 4 Sterne. Total alt und verdreckt. Es war eine absolute Zumutung. Sowas schreckliches habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. War zum Glück nur eine kurze Übernachtung zwecks Flug. Vor lauter Ekel kein Auge zugemacht.

10 minute walk from Guidoni Tram stop. Room ok, beds ok. Strange layout in bath with a towel rail within, where the shower head should be. Not many sockets & zero USB charging sockets. The tilet door on 703 is poorly fitted & only closes with persuasion. Hinges need adjustment. Breakfast not wonderful but very good pastries & coffee. Staff all helpful & mostly spoke excellent English.

L'accueil très cordial, mention spéciale pour le barman ainsi que le responsable accueil la nuit. Bar accessible en général jusque 23h 00h00 Cela dépend des jours. Le centre de Florence est facilement accessible en tram, qui est à 15 minutes de marche de l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas d'avis sur le côté restauration car j'ai préféré prendre le petit dej dans une cafetaria, on y mange et boit de succulents cafés à petits prix. Pour le reste nickel, chambres propres, confortables. Rien à redire. Personnel au top lors de mon passage. Belle mention à eux encore et merci d’avoir parlé italien ;-) Je recommande personnellement et j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain passage à Florence

Easy taxi ride to airport at 4:30am
I chose Hotel Mirage because it is close to the Florence airport. What really closed the deal was that it has staff at the desk 24 hours a day. We had a 6:00am flight and needed a reliable taxi service. At 4:30am, sure enough, there was a pleasant gentleman who called us a taxi and within minutes the cab was at the door. There is little traffic at 4:30am so we were at the airport in a few minutes. 18 euros. Fantastic!
