"This was the perfect spot for a quick stop over in London where my parents came to meet me. We had a 2 bed 2 bath appt and it worked out great. It was very clean and so nice to have the kitchen and a sizable living and dining area. The area is beautiful with good links to the tube and easy to get Ubers. Only improvement could be some maintenance on small items like blinds, radiator controls. The staff were very friendly and I would stay here again"

"From my arrival to departure this Hotel was amazing the staff were amazing a special thanks to the concierge he was polite and helpful. Upon arrival 8am I was hoping to drop off my suitcase but my room was ready so they checked me and and advised to have. Long awaited shower and rest. This is exactly what I needed and although I had to change rooms as they couldn’t turn the heater down but nothing was too much trouble.
