"First time staying in Canary Wharf and it's a really nice area. There's a ton of shopping and restaurants even though this is a finance district. The area is cleaner and feels safer than other areas of London. Lots of police and security around. Transport around London using the tubes is excellent and Canary Wharf was no different. The hotel itself is very clean with all the facilities you would expect. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to London. "

"This is my 3rd stay maybe my 4th I was greeted warmly and in my room was a welcome back hand written note with chocolate and water. That just made my day they remembered me and I love that!! I love how close it is to transportation, the cable carts and being on the Thames makes me happy. Staff always so nice and accommodating. "

"Decent sized room. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Very convenient to Excel and the DLR. Pillows on the bed were flat and very uncomfortable. Weird lighting in room. Could not find a switch to turn the lighting off over the coffee making station in room which was annoying when we went to sleep. Really appreciated the gym, pool and sauna facilities. Two days there were mum and baby classes going on in pool - which was a bit of a squeeze, but they were friendly enough. Just something to be aware of if you're planning a day time swim. "

"The hotel was very clean the room was not a bad size bathroom was to small and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Good location "
