"This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "

"Good deal for the price. At a walking distance from the DLR. The attic single room didn’t have adequate sound proofing, so despite closing the window, you could pretty much hear every car passing on the street, which can be difficult for light sleepers. Big overall , was a good deal."
