"Stayed in a comfortable room with two double beds for two nights. Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms from an external point of view despite being in the flight path for the City airport. Quite a bit of noise from the corridor though. Breakfast a good selection although they weren't very good at restocking empty items or clearing dirty plates so the table got quite cluttered. The pool are was ok although not many places to sit. "

"Perfectly good hotel conveniently located for the Excel. We did not sleep due to the heat in the room which we had no control over. We had not been informed that there was work or issues with the heating system. Was disappointed with my main course at dinner which was not served with the baby new potatoes as per the menu description. Instead, without asking me, it came with a rather bizarre potato cake which I was told had vegetables in it but did in fact contain olives. My husband tasted it &...
