"The staff at this hotel was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They have us so much advice about getting around London. There is a restaurant close with very reasonable prices and good food. We ate there for breakfast and dinner. Walking to a huge mall and the train station was about 15 minutes. There is also a free museum close by, and the hotel kept our luggage while we went to the museum the morning of checkout. They tell you on the website that the rooms are tiny, and they are. "The rooms and service areas are spotless the staff are extremely professional and friendly and is a great experience the travel links with the dlr, Elizabeth line are excellent the only thing I would say is the bar menus are sparse and a little expensive for what they are but overall a great stay"

"The parking situation was fantastic for our situation. The room was a little on the small side but was more than adequate for a couple of nights.
