"The breakfast was amazing and I loved the waffle maker, especially that it timed itself for the perfect waffle. Every single member of staff was amazing. They were professional, polite and so helpful. The bed was extremely comfy. The room was a nice size with good AC and the check in was really easy. I booked on hotels.com and when I entered the same email on the Hilton app, the booking was already there. Whilst I would have preferred a better dinner menu, the food was good. Every detail throught the stay was thought out and it was miles better than the other hotels i'd stayed in around the area."

"We've stayed here before as a group, and it once again was an amazing place to stay, with a good vibe. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, our stay was quiet, and the breakfast has so many options. Also, they do the most delicious bacon I've ever had. It's a good location within walking distance of the east side of Excel. Would definitely recommend to everyone!"

"I had a fabulous stay at this hotel ! Even though I stayed for only a day , it was very clean and comfortable in my room.When I had checked in , the staff were very polite. There was air conditioning in our room ,and we did have to wait a few minutes for it to spread warmth all around our room , but it was so worth it after I got into bed after a long day of London . The bathroom was also very nice and clean and was supplied with towels and soap.Overall,I would 100% come here again and would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay."
