"We had a great stay at the Palazzo for our family of 4 7 night trip for Disney! The hotel and rooms were clean and exactly as pictured and the breakfast was really good! We had a rental car and the hotel was located within a 15-20 minute drive from all the parks with easy access to a bus stop and to plenty of shops and restaurants! The only minor things we noticed were that the hallways didn’t seem to be air conditioned, but the room’s AC and the breakfast area’s and lobby all worked great. There is also someone stationed at the front door that will try to sell you park tickets, some were more aggressive than others but not a huge deal, otherwise the staff and service were great!"

"I visited this Hotel for the first time about 2 weeks ago with my 2 sons as we were visiting Magic Kingdom. The Hotel was in a very good location with restaurants and stores. The reception was very clean, the guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, overall I had a very good experience at the Best Western Hotel and will definitely come back. "

"We love traveling here however this last visit were surprised by a 10 dollar a night parking fee we may have to choose a different location with less fees. "
