"The hotel was completely booked but the check in was very fast and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking. We only stayed one night so we did not get to use the swimming area. This is a great hotel for a very reasonable price. They have a restaurant on site with a breakfast buffet."

"My check in was spectacular! The lady could not have been better. The gentleman at the gate - couldn’t have been nicer. We hoped to use the 3rd bedroom but there is only a sleeper sofa that has so much literal dirt under it, as if it’s never used. It was gross!! They will sleep in the second bedroom - meaning we paid and asked for a 3 bedroom and there is no 3 bedroom. Otherwise- up to this point, all is good. We are only here 1 night. "

"The palazzo was a nice economic stay for the Orlando parks area. The area is more urban than we like, but parking was in a fenced area, and felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. For the price, a great stay. "
