"The property was clean. The staff were nice. The place is spacious, a nice tub that seats two. The shower is nice and warm and can fit two as well. The location is safe and close to entertainment and local attractions."

"The staff was great. Nice breakfast options. The shuttle service is not great. Their times aren’t convenient and the bus drivers don’t communicate well as to where you are going. Tip for Universal: If you are waiting for lane #83 like we are suppose to, apparently the buses will park in surroundings lanes. Be aware of your surroundings and speak up! Also had another driver drop us off at the wrong location one day. I asked to make a formal complaint and the front desk referred me to the company. I sent an email and 3 days later have heard nothing. "
