"We did find many challenges. It seems that the owner is a bit on the cheap side and is looking to save money on utilities. Too many limits on the HVAC temp ranges and low wattage lightbulbs were annoying. Dim lighting made reading in the evening a challenge. If you spend time in the unit and like watching television you will be frustrated with the Roku TV device. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and routinely drops, particularly in the bedrooms.
