"I will start by saying that this place is great. It is located in a gated RV/small home park with plenty of open spaces and amenities, near the Old Town area. It is economical and quite a bang for the buck. There were a couple of issues (the most notable one being a rather noisy washing machine, although Shawna said it was new and she'd look into it). It was a bit small for us, but the location was great, and we liked the large dog run for our doodles.I do have to say the neighborhood may...

"Mod Pod ……very impressed with the property . We stayed for a week through Christmas was everything we needed to be comfortable throughout the holiday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone ! …communication with property owners was perfect …power did go out on xmas eve (turkey cooking I imagine lol …they messaged us right away and power company had it goin again in about an hour …very friendly and safe park very happy with it "

"Location of property was very convenient, as it was a hop and skip to Disney, and less than 20 minutes to Disney Springs! My boyfriend and I just wanted a weekend getaway while staying relatively close to home (St. Pete area), and this exceeded our expectations! My favorite part was the Sunroom, as it was very spacious and had lots of airflow. Will definitely stay here again (hopefully before it sells!)"

"I’ve had mixed feelings after reading the negative reviews but Had stay on the budget and went with this property. And it did not disappoint! We had beautiful 1 bdrm apartments overlooking the pool. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. My kids were delighted and we had wonderful time. Washer and dryer was an additional bonus as we did not pack enough clothes for colder weather. We would most definitely return to that property. "
