"The home is a single floor and well laid out. The primary suit and bed was very comfortable and I was told the other beds in the home made for a great night sleep as well. The yard was filled with mature vegitation and was private and easily accessible from the home. However the home was not stocked well for example there were 5 adults for a week and 2 pods for the dishwasher, 1 roll of paper towel and two bathroom soap dispensers for hand soap were close to empty but these were small things...

"Property was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy and kitchen adequately stocked to cook meals. Property is much larger than the outside looks. Very nice sized rooms. We enjoyed seeing the geckos and lizards in the yard. The pool was awesome."

"The house was very nice with beautiful marble floors. We did run into some issues with the house as one of the bedroom fans did work, the water connection for the washing machine wasn’t hooked up, so the washer didn’t have any water, the dryer connect wasn’t hooked up as well. However, when the concerns were brought up to the property manager action was taken almost immediately, which was appreciated. "

"We had 2 OTHER parties show up stating they rented the house on the SAME DAY & TIME as us. Im going to assume they were scammed, however it caused problems for my party. Police were called and allowed us to stay because we were there FIRST, however uninvited guests kept showing up all night. Which caused a parking issue, which resulted in code enforcement trying to shut our party down! The reservation NEVER STATED that ONLY 4 cars were allowed at property, so that caused an issue for my guests...
