"We had a great stay at the Palazzo for our family of 4 7 night trip for Disney! The hotel and rooms were clean and exactly as pictured and the breakfast was really good! We had a rental car and the hotel was located within a 15-20 minute drive from all the parks with easy access to a bus stop and to plenty of shops and restaurants! The only minor things we noticed were that the hallways didn’t seem to be air conditioned, but the room’s AC and the breakfast area’s and lobby all worked great. There is also someone stationed at the front door that will try to sell you park tickets, some were more aggressive than others but not a huge deal, otherwise the staff and service were great!"

"Great place to stay without resort fee! Free parking and breakfast. Pool is open 24 hours as is the hot tub. Loved being able to swim at midnight. Was lovely. Pool water was warm and lounge chairs comfy. Hot tub, hot and nice after a day of walking. "
