I didnā€™t like that my service dog was not allowed because ion have a sickness not understanding that but she is a registered service dog

What we have found now is the staff/Security is beyond rude and not very easy to deal with. Their parking has completely gone away.if you have a larger truck, trailer or Motor home you are not allow to park on their property, although they have about 200 car gra el lot for them.

Star Island is a lovely resort! It offers all the best amenities for a long vacation or a weekend getaway. The hotel staff were friendly and responded quickly when we had a small issue. Areas of improvement: The bathrooms are in need of an update.
