We loved this place the staff were amazing. I think my feedback would be for them to attend other club lounges to see what array and amount of food should be available as there was one tray of salami, one of ham, some dip and olives lol

My room had not been cleaned properly, there was someone’s underwear left in the wardrobe & there was off milk in my fridge. I had to call 3 times to get that sorted. There were mice in the lobby. The free wine was cheap quality. The room service i ordered was very cheap quality and not nice. The sauna didn’t work and no lockable lockers in gym or sauna, no changing room in gym area.

Overall, an excellent stay! The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, as always. Although there was a minor issue with breakfast despite paying for this option when booking, however, staff handled it with professionalism and resolved it quickly, minimizing the inconvenience. I’ve been a returning guest several times and highly recommend this as the go-to place to stay when in Melbourne!
