"A lovely welcome by Cameron at reception, made more so by being upgraded to a beautiful large room. A great choice that doesn’t break the bank (for the standard of hotel) if you’re after a weekend break."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was amazing and we loved eating at Mizumi! We couldn’t fault the hotel really (other than we didn’t seem to have much water pressure in our bathroom) and would definitely stay again! The only disappointment was the spa, it was extremely busy so couldn’t really use the facilities, I think the photos make it look bigger than it actually is. It’s lovely, but too small for the number of people that are allowed in! "

"We had a really good stay last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The lady on reception asked if we were there for an occasion of which we mentioned birthday, and we came back in the evening there some sweet treats waiting for us :) Hotel and our room was of a high standard, buffet breakfast had very good choices available, except no vegetarian sausages. Only fault we had was the 'soundproofing' wasn't very effective as we could hear talking and sirens throughout the night"

"Lovely property modern and clean, great location for Padstow, Wadebridge or Polzeath. Food was ok but could be better, we ordered 4 pizzas and 2 had a burnt base, 1 was completely ruined. "

"Lovely hotel. Clean, modern rooms with super comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms with separate bath and shower. Spa is fantastic as well. Very central for all Bath sights. Will definitely come back."
