"The front staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean. Our room was almost great with the exception of the bathroom and the mattress on the pull out sofa. Our room was a handicapped room so the shower was even with the floor. There was a thin, clean plastic stripe on the floor to prevent water from flowing over the entire floor which was in need of replacing, it was black underneath it at the corners and beyond. "The property was near the Ithaca College campus with easy access to downtown. Overall we had a quiet stay. The only glitch I noticed was external - the parking lot had a few large potholes. The front desk staff was fun and very helpful, and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay again!"
