Checking in the woman at the desk was a little rude and when I asked her specific questions she was very dismissive and just hurrying me along when there was no body behind me. We eventually figured out the answers to our questions on our own but it would have been an extra minute out of her day to give us better understanding and a more welcoming feeling. "
