"Once we arrived at the airport. There was someone there from the hotel waiting. The check in process was seemless. The staff there was super friendly. The place was amazing and has so many delicious food options. I will definitely be going back and I created so many great memories here "

"Everything was good except that there's too many guests and too few staff, so service cannot be provided as well as other all inclusive hotels. Upon checkout there was an enormous waiting line at the only desk open. And we got food poisoning on the last day, so the food quality is a bit of a question. Wide range of options in dining and entertaining in general."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. I’ve done other all inclusive places, but this is what all inclusive should be like. The food was delicious we tried all the restaurants and everything was amazing. Service staff were top notch, the park was amazing. My son rated it as the best vacation destination, he is 9. An amazing experience for our family. "

"The staff at this resort are exceptional..very polite, friendly, attentive, and make you feel that they are pleased to have you there. Areas that need improvement 1. Food: gets cold too quickly if you're not there early. Heat lamps don't work; they end up drying out the food. 2. Signage: It was very difficult to find our way around; long corridors that don't dhow directions to Lobby (for) example. 3. "Very good place all around. It’s clean and the food is decent. I like that the pool area is elevated as it creates a nice breeze at all times. The beach has seaweed but I understand that’s normal and it’s otherwise a great private beach. Not a big resort so it gets kind of boring after a while. "

"The beach is awesome. Turquiose blue water and white sand. Clean and beautiful. Food selections are great. I love the food. So many to choose from and so tasty. Lobby and room a little out dated but the beach area and dining area are my favorites. Will definitely come back."
