"The hotel never contacted me prior to my trip to let me know they had closed. I was left looking for another hotel where to stay at the last minute. The security person at the front door did not how to respond to basic questions. Terrible experience!"

"It’s a quaint property and handy to many amenities. The bed is very hard, if you like a firm mattress. If I was to offer a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend having coffee available at the location. Although there’s a communal coffee maker, it’s just for hot water and it’s just not convenient. But I really loved the location, and I loved the resident cat 😁"

"I stayed for 13 nights in February. Great location, near 5th Ave and beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Pool areas very good, especially rooftop pool. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommended, will stay again. "
